Mr. Leritz is the Executive Director for Adapt of Missouri, Inc. and is responsible for all clinical and
business operations. Currently Adapt of Missouri serves approximately 400 consumers in St. Louis City and County as well 32 clients at Sunset Nursing Home in Union, Missouri. Adapt provides
specialized services to individuals with serious psychiatric disabilities residing in the community and skilled nursing facilities. Services are focused on improving each consumer's quality of
life, acquisition of skills and integration within the community or the facility in which they reside. Mr. Leritz has been with Adapt since 1999. During his tenure with Adapt of Missouri, Mr.
Leritz has worked as Community Support Worker, providing direct care to clients, then as a Program Director at the Community Support Program and in July of 2004 he became the Executive Director of Adapt
of Missouri. Mr. Leritz holds a Masters in Social Work from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.
