Adapt provides Transitional Living for consumers who live independently as well as consumers in supervised transitional housing, focusing on life skill acquisition and recovery support services.

Transitional Living
Adapt provides supported, group apartment living that allows young adults in care to have the experience of living in and maintaining an apartment with 24-hour support from clinicians. Transitional Living includes training in life and independent living skills and referrals for supportive services such as education and vocational services, mental health, substance abuse services, health care and case management.
