Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Adapt provides a psychosocial rehabilitation program for adults with mental illness in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The program model is a blend of the club model and day treatment model. Programming addresses the changing needs, interests and abilities of the consumers who attend. The program seeks to empower, support and enhance its members' rehabilitation to community living through community living skills, substance abuse education and support, relapse education and prevention, health and nutrition awareness, resource management and budgeting, interpersonal skill development, natural support development, vocational support, leisure and recreational activities and community integration.
