Mr. Young is the Executive Vice President of Adapt of America Inc. Mr. Young is responsible for operations and
organization for all AOA entities which includes HarrisLogic, a behavioral health technology solutions company. Previously he served as the Executive Director of the Dallas Area NorthSTAR Authority in Dallas, Texas.
As the Executive Director, Mr. Young was responsible for the overall direction and administration for the behavioral health authority for the NorthSTAR project. NorthSTAR is the only carve out managed care
behavioral health project in Texas. Prior to that position he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Autism Treatment Center, a private not for private entity serving autistic adults and children in the Dallas and
San Antonio areas. During his tenure at ATC Mr. Young developed the virtual clinic model for ATC. The virtual clinic is a tele-diagnostic and tele-consultation model of delivering expert services to the Lower Rio
Grand Valley using strategic partnerships. In January 2005, Mr. Young received a gubernatorial appointment to the Advisory Council for the Department of Aging and Disability Services. For ten years Mr. Young held
the rank of Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas where he taught healthcare finance, management and organization, and managed care. Mr. Young holds a MBA from the
University of Dallas in health services administration.
