Mr. Caesar serves as Chief Information Officer for Adapt of America.
He is responsible for Software Development and Technical support for all AOA entities. Prior to accepting these responsibilities, Mr. Caesar served as a technology consultant to the Adapt of America companies as well as clients in other industries. Mr. Caesar is a strong proponent for open systems standards and is an active certified Health Level 7 (HL7) standards creation participant. Mr. Caesar has more than fifteen years of experience managing software development and systems integration services. Mr. Caesar holds a BGS from the University of Missouri combining emphasis in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Psychology.
